More Data Is Not More Clarity

Information volume can obscure the decision that matters. A useful signal changes understanding, confidence, attention, or action.

Signals Need Context

Customer, engineering, execution, business, and organizational signals should be interpreted together. A metric without context can describe a symptom without explaining its importance.

Design for Action

The purpose of a leadership view is to identify what changed, why it matters, what risk exists, and what decision is required.

The purpose of management information is better action and better decisions.
